Mission K9 Rescue is proud to share some wonderful news. We have received a generous $50,000 grant from the Petco Love Foundation to support our ongoing work with retired working dogs. This funding will have an immediate and meaningful impact on the lives of these courageous animals that have served our nation and communities with loyalty and dedication.

For over a decade, Mission K9 Rescue has worked tirelessly to rescue, reunite, rehome, rehabilitate, and repair retired military working dogs, contract working dogs, and police K9s. These dogs have given their best years in service, often in harsh conditions and dangerous environments. When their working days are over, they deserve nothing less than the very best in retirement care.

This grant from Petco Love Foundation will help us continue to provide transportation from overseas and within the United States, as well as critical veterinary care for dogs arriving with untreated injuries, illnesses, or age-related health challenges. From life-saving surgeries to specialized rehabilitation, the support of Petco Love ensures that these heroes receive the care they need to enjoy the happy, healthy retirements they have earned.
